During the past two years the Communications Committee of the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) gathered information related to various aspects of communication. This report is the compilation of the information gathered through surveys, focus groups, and interviews. Although some of the ideas presented in the document are initiatives already being carried out in one way or another by ACSW, the information-gathering process revealed that some members are not aware that these initiatives are in place.
