Learning Plan
We will accept any of the following Learning Plan formats
1. ACSW Learning Plan Form
2. Employer based Learning Plan.
The Competence Committe requires that your Learning Plan includes 3 goals per year with at least 2 directly related to your social work practice. A complete Learning Plan should comprise both goals and outcomes.
