Tired of storing your competency forms? You can now enter your Professional Development Credits Form (PDCF) directly on to the ACSW website. Entering it this way will allow you to view, edit, and send your annual submission with the click of a button from any computer.
See the new widget in the right-hand side bar and start entering your credits today. Did you know that you can now also store your category A supporting documents on the website? Paper documents can be scanned and attached or you can attach MS Word documents.
* PDCF submission for social workers on the clinical registry is not yet available. Please continue to send as usual. We hope to have this launched in the near future.

Category A Summary Form
All category A activities must be supported by documentation verifying both attendance/completion of the activity and that the activity is accredited through a recognized continuing education organization OR a Category A Summary Form.
Category A Summary Forms should be completed for each activity in the following circumstances:
- appropriate supporting documentation (as stated above) has not been received or has been misplaced
- the activity has been offered by a non-accredited provider
Category Summary Forms are accepted as long as the form has been completely and reasonably filled out. Unless you receive notification otherwise, please assume all forms are accepted.
